Shipping Information:

Most orders ship within 3 business days. Transit time can vary from 3-10 days depending on location. Please contact us for express in house order processing or express air shipping time. Some of our products are shipped directly from our supplier in order to save our customers time and money. You may receive your orders in multiple shipments.

Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska have an additional $15.00 fee.

Some products can be shipped internationally. Many of our products can be shipped to Canada for no additional shipping charges, no customs fees or duties, please contact us for information.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All non-personalized products can be return within 10 days for a full refund excluding ship charges. We will exchange or issue a refund for any product personalized or not that is not exactly as you ordered it. Please contact us immediately for return exchange information if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please choose personalization carefully as it will appear exactly as you enter it. You may cancel an unpersonalized order at anytime prior to shipment We do not run credit cards until the item has been confirmed in stock and is ready to ship.

Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Sunshine Wedding Co. will be assessed a 20% restocking fee as well as the cost of shipping, the customer will be given the option of a refund minus the restocking fee or reshipping at cost of shipping. Unclaimed packages that are returned due to our error will be reshipped free of charge. Refused packages that are returned to Sunshine Wedding Co. will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited, and the item will be removed from the order.

A limited number of items we carry are very heavy and require extra shipping charges for large orders. If you are ordering any of our glass coaster favors please contact us for any additional ship charges.
